UPDATE 1-Caledon says acquisition by GRAM not before Feb 28

Dec 31 (Reuters) - Australia's Caledon Resources
said its acquisition by China's investment group
Guangdong Rising Assets Management Co (GRAM) would not be
completed before Feb. 28 as the approval process was taking
longer than expected.
