UPDATE 1-Petrohawk sells some assets to XTO for $650 mln

Dec 23 (Reuters) - Independent energy company Petrohawk
Energy Corp said it has sold its natural gas assets in
the Fayetteville shale, Arkansas to Exxon Mobil Corp
unit XTO Energy for $575 million, as it shifts focus towards
liquids-rich plays.
